Personal light and outlet for each bed, fluffy quilt, good pillow. Clean bathrooms and hallways, always had toilet paper. Helpful staff.

We had an incredible stay at this amazing hostel tucked away amidst the stunning mountains. The location was perfect, with easy access to the glacier paradise gondola station and breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. The clean and comfortable rooms had lockers for our belongings, and the power points near each bunk were a convenient touch. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a variety of delicious options.

The availability of shower rooms on the shared floor was limited, which could be an inconvenience during peak times.

The location of the hostel is great, close to the city center and a lift to the Small Matterhorn. the staff was kind and helpful, providing an early check-in and a good breakfast with many options. the hostel had Wi-Fi on the 4th floor and a curtain in the shower to prevent everything from getting wet.

The hostel can be tiring to reach, especially with luggage, due to its location on a hill. There is no elevator in the hostel, so prepare for some stairs if your room is on a higher floor.

I had an amazing stay at the hostel. One morning, I woke up to the most amazing view of the Matterhorn right from the social room/kitchen. The breakfast was delicious and gave me the energy I needed for the day. The woman at the reception was kind and helpful. Even though there was no kitchen available, the hostel offered hot meals in their dining area, of great value. Despite a few drawbacks like the limited WiFi and steep walk uphill, I still highly recommend this hostel for its fine views, friendly staff, and overall comfortable stay.

The 24-hour canteen is convenient and provides pre-packed breakfast for sunrise tours. Four-person rooms allow for diverse communication. The room with a view of the Matterhorn is fantastic. The staff is attentive, making check-in and checkout easy, and providing a clean room with comfortable beds. Good views of Zermatt from the windows. 😊
